Professor Denis Allemand becomes new member of Academia Europea

The professor Denis Allemand, Dorector of the Scientifique Center of Monaco and Biological professor at the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis, has just been nominated Member of the European Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters (Academia Europea). The said Academy is a non governmental organization set up in 1988 by various Research European ministers.  (more…)

New York, New York - new exhibition in Monaco

From July 14 to September 10, 2006, the Grimaldi Forum of Monaco will welcome a new exhibition entitled “New York, New York” which promises to be the cultural event of the Summer. This exhibition will focus on artistic creativity representing fifty years of arts such as painting, sculpture, architecture, films, photography, and music. Anniversary in Monaco: the F.P.M. turns 60

The “Federation Patronale Monégasque” (F.P.M.) celebrated on July 6, 2006 his 60 years old at the Fairmond Monte-Carlo Hotel in the presence of SAS Prince Albert II of Monaco. Sea’s extension in the Principality

Cristian Poncelet seeks a French-Monegasque friendship group in the French Senate

Langbar investor on remand in Monaco after street confrontation

A private shareholder in Langbar International, the alleged sham £365m shell company under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office, has been jailed in Monaco after a street confrontation with the company’s founder and former executive chairman Mariusz Rybak. An ambitious project: 12 more hectares for the larvotto

To accompany in the long run the development by the Principality of Monaco, to increase its economic radiation and to reinforce its tourist attractively, a project of extension at sea is being studied. This project of twelve hectares in Larvotto will take into account the safeguarding of the environment and of the underwater reserve.
