Letters To The Editor:
This is a follow-up letter to my Oct. 23, 2006 one in THE MONOCO MONITOR. Sewing class was held yesterday, Oct. 26 and Ann Marie Konieczny talks more about Timisoara Romaina, where she was on a
missionary visit just recently. I asked Ann Marie if she had bought anything in that cashmere shop. Ann Marie says she was frugal on her Romainian trip and she did not buy anything in that shop in Timisoara.
I then asked Ann Marie if she thought the man objected to a no sale?
Ann Marie says I have that Easter European look with small eyes, don't I ?
Also, Ann Marie syas about Romania, potatoes are eaten with most every-thing in Romania. MP

The Monoco Monitor:
Talk about fumes and such. My sewing teacher, ANN MARIE KONIEZCNY of Florence MA USA, spent 10 days in Romania as a missionary for her church-she went with a group of Christians to help the Romanians witn agriculture-no tractors, there! Little did the Romanians know what an expert fashion designer Ann Marie is!

Anyhow! Sewing classes weren't held Oct.-5-12 as Ann Marie was in Romania. Ann Marie brings back that Bucharest had sewer pipes leadings out of house into the streets! Ann Marie said the smell is horrendous! STINK! Also, there are no fabric shops in Bucharest or it's vicinity-only near the BLACK SEA! Also, there was a cashmere shop but the shop owners used the cashmere for garments to be sold for their own profit! A BLAST FROM THE PAST!
