Prince Albert of Monaco made clear his environmental concerns at a meeting of the UN nuclear watchdog and told reporters he drives a hybrid car at home

Monaco is trying to reduce greenhouse gas emissions that are believed to cause climate change by having its buses run on bio and other alternative fuels, the prince told reporters. Monaco was also giving incentives to private car owners “for buying an electric vehicle.” (more…)

Recently, Prince Albert II welcomed nearly 300 club members to the Monaco Yacht Club for an exclusive event to benefit the Monegasque association ‘Orphelinats du monde’ (Orphanages of the World). A unique scarf specially designed by the luxury goods company Hermès, was unveiled by the Prince. (more…)
