Colombus hotel meets Prince Charles

Prince Charles hosted a private dinner last month at Clarence House for which Laurent Sturbois, head chef of La Brasserie restaurant in the Columbus Hotel, Monaco, was chosen among others to represent the Principality. Laurent Sturbois has worked in several Michelin-star establishments and has been at the Columbus since 2003. He heads a team of 20 in the hotel’s La Brasserie.
