H.E. Mr Jacques Boisson hands over letters of credence to Mr Koïchiro Matsuura, Director General of UNESCO

On 22nd March 2007 in Paris, H.E. Mr Jacques Boisson, already Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Principality of Monaco to France presented his letters of credence to Mr Koïchiro Matsuura, Director General of UNESCO, in his capacity as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Principality of Monaco to UNESCO.  

For the occasion, H.E. Mr Boisson was accompanied by Mrs Corinne Magali, Assistant to the Permanent Representative. During the meeting which took place in a an excellent climate, the Director General of UNESCO and the Ambassador of the Principality of Monaco expressed their satisfaction regarding existing cooperation and contemplated the reinforcement of such cooperation in areas that are of primary concern to the Prince’s Government, such as humanitarian action and the protection of the environment.
